    "Business Ethics" is the third episode of the fifth season of the television series The Office, and the show's seventy-fifth episode overall. The episode aired in the United States on October 9, 2008 on NBC. In this episode, new HR rep Holly tries to conduct a business ethics seminar, which does not go smoothly when it is revealed that Meredith has been having sex with a supplier in order to gain discounts. Meanwhile, Jim tries to prove to Dwight that he (Dwight) does waste company time, which he claims he does not.

    Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon is a casual dining restaurant chain, serving steak, seafood, salad, and similar food items. Lone Star opened its first restaurant in 1989 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In March 1992, Lone Star became a public company with eight restaurants opened. By the end of 1995, there were 182 restaurants in operation. Lone Star ended the 1990s with 265 Lone Star restaurants. In August 2006, Lone Star became private. In 2008, Lone Star closed 27 restaurants, resulting in 152 locations. By late 2013, Lone Star had 78 locations. By December 2015, they were down to 64 locations. As of October 2018 the company website lists 3 locations 2 in Illinois and 1 in North Carolina and 1 in Guam. Curiously, none of the Texas-themed restaurants can be found in the state of Texas, from which the restaurant's name is derived.
