    Sundial St. Pete, formerly known as The Shops at St. Pete, and BayWalk, is a shopping, dining and entertainment complex in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. It opened on May 2014 with a mixture of restaurants, markets, nightlife, and shopping. As of April 2015, businesses include Locale Market, Lululemon, White House Black Market, Ruth's Chris Steak House, Sea Salt restaurant and Jackie Z Style Co. The complex also features a 20-screen AMC Theatre which was originally a Muvico. While the outdoor Muvico signs remain intact for the time being, slight changes have been made inside to reflect the recent acquisition of Carmike Cinemas by AMC.

  • Amway Grand Plaza Hotel


    Amway Grand Plaza Hotel is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is named after Amway Corporation, which is based in nearby Ada Township. Originally known as The Pantlind Hotel (founded in 1913), the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel reopened in 1981 after extensive renovations done by Marvin DeWinter & Associates, including the addition of a 29-story glass tower. The Pantlind's designers Warren & Wetmore were inspired by the work of the Scottish neoclassical architect Robert Adam. During its prime years, the hotel was consistently rated as one of the top ten hotels in the US. The hotel is owned by Amway Hotel Collection, a subsidiary of Amway's holding company Alticor. Amway Grand Plaza Hotel is a member of the Curio Collection by Hilton, an affiliation which began in December, 2015.

  • Hard Rock Hotel and Casino (Biloxi)


    The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Biloxi is a casino and resort located in Biloxi, Mississippi. The resort was constructed in 2005 and originally scheduled to open on September 1 of that year. However, a couple of days before the scheduled grand opening, Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast, destroying the casino and damaging the resort.
