    Ontario Mills is the largest shopping mall and outlet mall in San Bernardino County, California. It is located in Ontario, California, and with 28 million annual visitors, it is one of the top shopping and tourist destinations in Southern California. It is one of three Mills landmarks in California that are now owned by Simon Property Group since April 2007. The Outlets at Orange, and The Great Mall are the others. Ontario Mills was designed by the architectural firm, F+A Architects. The mall is near the Ontario International Airport, as well as the interchange between the Ontario Freeway (Interstate 15) and the San Bernardino Freeway (Interstate 10), one of the busiest in Southern California.

Giant Step is divided into two entities - the Giant Step brand, which promotes music and the creative agency, Giant Step Marketing, which provides marketing services to corporate brands. The Giant Step brand aims to introduce quality music and talent to its community. The slogan of the creative agency, Giant Step Marketing is that of, "Elevating brands through music and culture."

  • 666 Fifth Avenue


    666 Fifth Avenue is a 41-story office building on Fifth Avenue between 52nd and 53rd Streets in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The office tower was designed by Carson & Lundin and built in 1957 by Tishman Realty and Construction, which sold it when the corporation dissolved in 1976. 666 Fifth Avenue was bought by Sumitomo Realty & Development in the late 1990s, and Tishman Speyer bought it back in 2000, adding tenants before selling it yet again to Kushner Properties in 2007. In August 2018, Brookfield Properties purchased the building.
