Any grape leaves that I can purchase are through local grocery store chains. The quality of the other grape leaves does not compare to these. The leaf is thin, the veins are small, and they are easy to pull out of the jar.

Amazon prime had these on my doorstep at 3pm on Christmas Eve. I have to say I never had tried this brand before but I will definitely use them again. Some reviewers stated these were a bit tough but I do not agree. My favorite leaves are direct from my grape vines so I am used to a bit more bite than baby leaves from a jar.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Rinse grape leaves in cold water and dry thoroughly. Place leaves rib-side down. Place a well-rounded teaspoon of rice mixture in center of leaf. Oh well, I do now (and so do you) and the good thing is that it means pickled zucchini is still a possibility during the winter when there are no grape leaves or oak leaves around (assuming I can get some zucchini as a reasonable price). Yay!

They have such a great range of Middle Eastern food that it might well be worth the pilgrimmage. But most Shaw's in the Boston area carry them too--don't know about the North Shore.
